Before founding AWN Advisors, Andres served as Head of Legal for Microsoft Latin America, leading a regional legal team and advising on complex commercial, privacy, compliance and cloud-regulatory matters. Earlier, he spent more than 15 years with Baker McKenzie in Bogotá, including as a partner in M&A, corporate, banking and finance.
Today, he acts as fractional counsel and strategic advisor to technology-driven businesses across multiple jurisdictions.
